Is a Housing & Urban Development (HUD) Section 8 Program Multifamily Housing Project within the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program (LIHTC) as defined by the Internal Revenue Code Section 42. The project consists of 6 one-bedroom apartments, 40 two-bedroom apartments, 24 three-bedroom apartments and 16 four-bedroom apartments for a total of 86 units. The project is located in the Municipality of Florida, Puerto Rico.
