Villalba Elderly Apartments

Is a housing complex specially designed for elderly families and is subsidized by the Puerto Rico Department of Housing Law 173 and the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program (LIHTC) as defined by the Internal Revenue Code Section 42. The project consists of 38 two-bedroom apartments and 19 three-bedroom apartments for a total of 57 units. The project is located in the Municipality of Villalba, Puerto Rico.
