Is a housing complex specially designed for elderly families within the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program (LIHTC) as defined by the Internal Revenue Code Section 42. The project consists of 120 one-bedroom apartments and is subsidized by the Puerto Rico Housing Finance Authority (PRHFA) Section 8 Program. The project is located in the Municipality of Loiza, Puerto Rico.
