Is a housing complex specially designed for elderly families and is subsidized by the Puerto Rico Department of Housing Law 173 and the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program (LIHTC) as defined by the Internal Revenue Code Section 42. The project consists of 88 one-bedroom apartments and 12 two-bedroom apartments for a total of 100 units. This project is located in the Municipality of Humacao, Puerto Rico.
