Is a housing complex specially designed for elderly families and is subsidized by the Puerto Rico Department of Housing Law 173 and the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program (LIHTC) as defined by the Internal Revenue Code Section 42. The project consists of 120 one-bedroom apartments and is located in the Municipality of Coamo, Puerto Rico.
