Comerio Elderly Apartments

Is a housing complex specially designed for elderly families and is subsidized by the Puerto Rico Department of Housing Law 173 and the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program (LIHTC) as defined by the Internal Revenue Code Section 42. The project consists of 10 one-bedroom apartments, 16 two-bedroom apartments and 26 three- bedroom apartments for a total of 52 units. This project is located in the Municipality of Comerío, Puerto Rico.
