Ciudad Feliz

Is a housing complex specially designed for elderly families within the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program (LIHTC) as defined by the Internal Revenue Code Section 42. The project consists of 130 one-bedroom apartments and is subsidized by the Housing & Urban Development (HUD) Section 8 Program. The project is located in the Municipality of Cataño, Puerto Rico.
