Is a housing complex specially designed for elderly families within the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program (LIHTC) as defined by the Internal Revenue Code Section 42. The project consists of 72 one-bedroom apartments subsidized by Puerto Rico Housing Finance Authority (PRHFA) Section 8 Program.
